To get into the position, you have to sit down with your legs crossed and your back straight. Place both your index fingers on your ears and press them as you exhale very deeply. Breathe very deeply for 10 reps and make a humming sound as you exhale.

Try the Legs up The Wall pose

After you make love, you can try this position because it enhances the chances of conception. By keeping the sperm close to your uterus opening, this pose makes it easy for it to reach the matured egg for fertilization.

Lay on your back and raise your legs straight up against the wall. Hold that position for as long as you can. It can be 20 minutes if you like it.    

Try the Cobra Pose

The Cobra Pose is tremendously positive for improving fertility. This pose helps you increase the flow of blood to your ovaries and uterus, which promotes hormonal balance, as well as increased production of cervical mucus. The latter makes the journey of the sperm to the egg quite easier.

Try the Seated Forward Fold Pose

Sit with your legs stretched in front of you. After that stretch your arms to hold your feet. Keep your spine erect while you take deep breaths.

Try to stay in that position for one minute or so as you inhale and exhale steadily and deeply.   

Try the Reclining Bound Angle Pose

The Reclining Bound Angle pose does a great exercise to your thighs and groin. Aside from stress, this pose also relieves the pain of menstrual cramps.

The Reclining Bound Angle pose is quite easy and super beneficial. After you lie on your back, you bend your knees with your feet on the ground. Let your knees drop to the sides as the soles of your feet touch one another. With your palms facing upward, place your hands beside you and stay like that for 10 minutes. Remember to breathe from your belly and take deep breaths.   

Try the Shoulder Stand Pose

The Shoulder Stand pose helps you a great deal to stimulate the thyroid gland, which promotes fertility. When that glad has problems, it also causes infertility problems. This position also helps you relieve stress quite effectively.

Lie on your back and raise your legs upward, supporting them with your arms. Stay in that position for a minute or less depending on how tired you are.  

Try the Supported Bridge Pose

The Supported Bridge pose treats symptoms like anxiety, stress, depression, and fatigue quite nicely. It’s a pose that helps you exercise your pelvic region. The thyroid gland is also benefited a lot from this pose.

With your back on the ground and your knees bent, put your feet slightly apart and flat on the ground. Left your spine and butt from the floor to form an arch and keep doing breathing exercises as in the former poses.
